Tonight's Charity Night, presented by Tony Roddaway, is for our troops coming back from Afghanistan, injured and needing the military section of the new Birmingham hospital and the Liverpool pals memorial fund.

DONATION APPEAL FOR,THE BILLY UNSWORTH PROJECT

Dear All - We are now well underway with our project, and we have our sights set on raising £10,000 for the piece of medical rehabilitation equipment. We have now visited the New Military Hospital in Birmingham and spoken with the staff that cares for our boys. They are as excited as we are about getting this piece of kit as soon as possible. I am aware that all our pockets are tight at this time, and I do not ask for loads, however, if you find that you can donate something towards our cause please let us know. THE LIVERPOOL PALS MEMORIAL FUND.

The Liverpool Pals Memorial Fund is a dedicated site to The Men who served in The 17th 18th 19th 20th (Service) Battalion's The King's Liverpool Regiment who served with distinction on the Battlefields of France and Flanders; they were one of the only regiments to reach their objectives on the 1st July 1916. The Memorial Fund is a Charity with a dedicated committee of veteran kings men and likeminded people who are raising funds to erect a memorial within Liverpool City Centre to the 2800 men who paid the ultimate sacrifice for the King Country and Family.
